NON-IMMIGRANT VISA SERVICES FOR INTERNATIONAL ARTISTS AND SUPPORT STAFF

Real Arts and Culture, LLC has over 20 years of experience filing non-immigrant visa petitions in the O and P classifications with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services for international performing artists, companies and their support staff.  With the ever-changing rules and regulations, it is vital to have experienced guidance through this process to ensure that international performing artists are approved and issued non-immigrant work visas to perform temporarily in the United States.

Real Arts and Culture has successfully filed hundreds of Premium Processing petitions and regular petitions in the O1, O2, P1-B, P1-S, P3 and P3-S classifications for non-immigrant visas for performers throughout the world.  Successful approvals have been granted for performers from Canada, Mexico, Latin and South America, Western and Eastern Europe, Russia, the Middle East, Asia, Cuba and Australia.

Real Arts and Culture is pleased to provide or have provided visas services to such clients as: NY City Center’s Fall for Dance Festival; the Cultural Services of the French Embassy; the French Institute/Alliance Francaise; Montclair State University; Carolina Performing Arts; UCLA Live and many independent producers in the United States.
